Our company’s computer software of production controls all work phases from giving a quote, ordering material to packing and shipping the product. The system can identify all parts and components of the produced doors and windows, even many years after the production. We take measurements on site, or from the plans and then provide a written offer in an edited, illustrated, thorough form (including details of materials, colours, glazing, directions and price). After accepting the offer we confirm the order, and set a date for production. In this phase there is still an opportunity to make minor changes.

If no changes are made, we enter the products into our production software, and the production begins. The software can handle individual requests (such as special, arch orientation), but in extreme cases we ask for a template to finish production without problems.

All the windows and doors we install are covered by a 3-years’ warranty and 5-year’s limited warranty that the products are free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship. By request, our contractual partners may execute the installation and provide warranty we support.
